Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated conveniently close to Taipei Main railway station and a subway stop, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. The rooms on the executive floor offer a peaceful environment ideal for a good night's sleep, although they might show some signs of age. The service at the front desk was exceptional, with a focus on warm human interactions that truly made it feel like a luxury stay.
The hotel had a mixture of positives and negatives. While the rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and mostly clean, the noise from adjacent rooms, especially with active children, could be quite bothersome. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep despite the disturbances.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring Taipei and accessing public transportation, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit lacking. The room was surprisingly quiet and dark at night, although overlooking a busy street and the National Police Agency complex. The service was friendly, but there were inconsistencies in their assistance. The dining options were varied but not exceptional.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was near the elevator which was convenient for me, but it wasn't quite the suite I was expecting. On the plus side, there was a treadmill in the room, which was a nice surprise, but overall it was smaller than I had booked.
